Standard postage shipping fee on all orders within Australia: $10.00 AUD

FREE shipping within Australia for all orders over $69 AUD.

Express shipping fee for all Australian orders: $15.00 AUD.

Shipping times will vary depending on where Australia Post is sending the order. Within Australia, standard shipping orders should arrive within 1 week.


FREE shipping on all international orders over $129 AUD.

Standard international shipping: $20 AUD.

Yes, CG Jewellery ship worldwide.

There may be destination taxes for orders coming from outside of Australia. The merchandise purchaser is accountable for these taxes. You only pay for the merchandise (minus Australian taxes) and shipping costs from Australia. After the product leaves Australia, there can be further fees.

All items are packed from our head office, 14A Regent Arcade, 101-107 Rundle Mall, Adelaide, South Australia. Items are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

There are a few things we advise checking first if you are unsure of where your item is in the shipping process. 

- To trace your package online with Australia Post, use your item/tracking reference number. Contact Australia Post to enquire about delivery times. 

- Verify that your address was entered accurately by reviewing your confirmation email

- Look for an Australia Post "Item Awaiting Collection" card in your mailbox or beneath your door. 

Please lodge a missing item enquiry with Australia Post so they may look into this further for you if your item is shown on their tracking tool but you are still unable to locate it.

If your item does not appear on Australia Post’s tracking tool, please contact us so that we can investigate this further for you.

No compensation is due by CG Jewellery for loss or damage if Australia Post is unable to locate your package to complete delivery or return it to sender.

Although we take missing or lost packages seriously, CG Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach their specified location. Please note that orders not delivered are a case-by-case scenario and will need to be properly reviewed. Please be aware that this may take up to 15 business days and that additional data may be needed to help with the enquiry.

Yes, CG Jewellery requires a signature on delivery to successfully deliver your goods. If you are not at home to accept your delivery a card will be left advising you to collect your parcel at your local post office.

As soon as we can, we process and pack your purchase. If our staff have not yet processed your order, you can only modify your shipping address then. Please call our Customer Service staff as soon as you can at 08 8231 7715 to alter your mailing address.


Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for express shipping.
